The Volare story began in 1868 in Asiago, an enchanting town in the Italian pre-Alps. Surrounded by stills, herbs and spices, the young pharmacist Rossi prepared fine products with intense flavours and fragrances.

Volare Triple Sec comes from a modern reinterpretation of the Rossi D'Asiago distillery's historic liqueur: the original recipe from the 1950s is revisited and rethought in a contemporary key. Pure and transparent, Volare Triple Sec captures all the essence of the sweet orange. Obtained by infusion and distillation of sweet orange peel and flavoured with delicate orange blossom aroma, this 38° liqueur releases soft citrus notes; the taste, balanced and complex, leads into a spicy and persistent aftertaste.
